We had two teams of 5. I chose outgoing students. I grabbed 5 different hats from the Kids Church room. The hats were country straw hat, sailor, clown, solider, and etc. One person from each team had 20 seconds to become that character (and be funny) and to say a line that would fit that character. I switched off between which team went first. Each team had a chance to every hat. At the end the whole class cheered for whichever team they liked the most.
