Pain is associated with debilitating injuries which change the remainder of an individuals life, likewise, with the muscular and cardio development of an individual in their quest for strength and endurance. Pain is the door which leads to both death and life; to depression and ecstasy; to being lonesome/detached or accompanied/connected. Jacob began his wrestling as an able bodied person, and hobbled away from the angel with a physical disability. Now physically disabled, but spiritually able!
