We came upon a couple of situations when we needed some things in writing. Each student now has a copy of these guidelines, and we take a copy with us on youth trips, reviewed and signed by each student as they get on the van. This has worked very well for us, has stopped the issues it was created for, has been a very positive thing for our youth group. Can be adjusted to fit the specific needs/rules of your group.
